The RF3500D-AYW-MNN is a high-performance module with a 5.0-inch TFT-LCD display using amorphous silicon TFT technology as a switching device. Its dimensions are 66.10(W) × 120.4(H) × 1.85(D) and the effective display area is 62.1(W) × 110.4(H) mm. The display has a resolution of 720x1280 pixels, an aspect ratio of 16:9, and a viewing angle range of 80/80/80/80, ensuring an excellent visual experience. The TFT IC driving the display is ILI9881C.
This product is RoHS-compliant, the display interface uses 4-channel MIPI, and the backlight is a common white LED. Its contrast ratio is 800:1 and the typical brightness is 300 cd/m2.
